NAVIDATA allows you to print a specific record, a group of records or records that are found in scan requests.

Records may be printed in 132 column (10 characters per inch) or 198 column (15 characters per inch) mode, either across or down the page.

Printing across the page prints the records in columns, and not all fields may be printed - only the fields that fit into 132 or 198 columns. In this mode, you decide how the report is formatted.

Printing down the page prints each field in a record on a separate line, and each record may start on a new page.
After each print request, the spool file may be released to enable immediate printing, or all print requests may be grouped into a single spool file which will be printed when you exit NAVIDATA, or when you change the print options and issue another print request.
