multiple record mode, you may display the Hexadecimal code under each field. This feature can be very handy for finding errors in files, particularly if the file is from an outside source, not produced on an AS/400.

That is, you may change the display to start displaying from a particular field number or name in the left hand column. Also, F19 and F20 allow you to window left and right, without having to start on a field boundary.

Alongside each record is an input field that you can use to select records to be displayed or printed. If you are authorised to change files, you may also select records to be changed, deleted or copied; or add new records to the file.

Display, Change, Add and Copy will present each selected record in
single record mode.

single record mode, the fields in the record are displayed down the screen, with the description of each field to the left of the data in the field. You may switch the field
